Vision Statement:

To find all missing children with 24 hours and continue searching for them until they are found.

Mission Statement:

In order to realize our vision, our Mission must be to keep all missing children's pictures in front of the media and public, to assist families, authorities and other missing children organizations in searching for each missing child within hours by both conventional and unconventional methods and to educate children and parents in the best safety tips to avoid abduction or to be found if abducted.

2006 Action Plan:
    1.  Email updated online poster to media contacts monthly.
    2.  Create email database of key search people and prominent places public places for communities.
    3.  Evaluate effectiveness of applying Quantum Intuition to forensic tips and the use of remote-viewing in finding missing children.
    4.  Develop the website and weekly ezine of age-appropriate child safety tips, child defense strategies and child recovery strategies.
    5.  Obtain incorporation and 501C status

  1.  Keep online-poster updated daily sent to media and public monthly
  2.  Weekly ezine on tips
  3.  Epolls for each case
1st Quarter:
  1.  Create three teams a day (210 total volunteer members, 140 if each did 2 times a week, 70 if each did 3 times a week)
  2.  Finish and stabilize Steering Committee for timely and quality results with certification parameters established
  3.  Incorporation and 501C funded and obtained with Board of Directors

  1.  Posters "These children missing in 2006 may be in strangers' hands for the holidays!  Please help us find them"
       sent to all Walmarts and other retail outlets for Thanksgiving.
